COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ecci Electronic Counters And Controls SU154SP parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mccrometer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sick product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fanuc such as the TGTAI0V160AC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VS0236 manufactured by Mccrometer and we are pleased to be able to service most Mccrometer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VMD5201010 by Manufacturer Sick as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fanuc Brand WRISTA2907205T501 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Telemecanique such as TSXP67420 equipment made by Telemecanique have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Telemecanique products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Telemecanique" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available VS1B6B600CE made by Astec as well as the popular TSXDSY16T2 original spares produced by Schneider Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TRDN200RZW by Koyo and TSXP67420 spares by Telemecanique are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TME11115UENand47EA135MH4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cooper. |
